You'll need:
Log into your FitFlow trainer dashboard and navigate to the "Programs" section in the main menu. Click the "Create New Program" button in the top right corner.
Enter a descriptive program name (e.g., "12-Week Strength Builder"). Select the difficulty level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced) and set the program duration in weeks. Add target goals like "Strength Training" or "Hypertrophy".
Click "Add Day" to create your first workout day. Name it descriptively (e.g., "Day 1 - Upper Body"). You can add multiple days to build a complete program schedule.
Within each day, create exercise blocks to organize your workout. Click "Add Block" and choose a block type (e.g., "Strength", "AMRAP", "Circuit"). Add exercises from the FitFlow exercise library or create custom ones.
Click "Preview" to see how your program will look to clients. Review all details, exercises, and instructions. When ready, click "Publish" to make the program available to your clients.
