Getting started with FitFlow is easy! First, choose a subscription plan that fits your needs. Then, create your account and you'll be guided through our onboarding process where you can set up your profile, add clients (for trainers), and start creating or following workout programs.
Features vary by plan. The Starter plan includes basic workout tracking and program creation. The Pro plan adds advanced analytics, unlimited clients, and AI-powered recommendations. The Team plan includes everything in Pro plus multi-trainer support and organization management. Check our pricing page for detailed feature comparisons.
Yes! FitFlow has native mobile apps for both iOS and Android. You can download them from the App Store or Google Play Store. The mobile apps sync seamlessly with the web version, allowing you to track workouts, communicate with clients/trainers, and access all your programs on the go.
Absolutely! You can export your data at any time from the Settings page. We support multiple formats including CSV for workout data, PDF for programs, and JSON for complete data exports. This ensures you always have access to your information.
FitFlow integrates with popular fitness tracking devices including Apple Watch, Garmin, and Fitbit. We also support calendar integrations (Google Calendar, Outlook), payment processing through Stripe, and can import data from MyFitnessPal and other nutrition tracking apps.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle to ensure you get full value from your current plan.
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans with full access to features. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime during or after the trial. If you don't upgrade, your account will be limited but your data will be preserved for 30 days.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan limits. You can upgrade your plan to increase limits, or wait for the next billing cycle when limits reset. We won't charge overages without your explicit consent.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods. You can add a new card, remove old ones, or set a default payment method. Changes take effect immediately for future charges.
We'll retry the payment 3 times over 7 days and send you email notifications. Your account remains active during this grace period. After 7 days, your account will be limited until payment is resolved, but your data remains safe.
Navigate to Settings → Billing → Invoices. All your past invoices are available for download as PDF files. You can also set up automatic invoice emails to your accounting department.
You'll be charged on the same date each month (or year for annual plans) based on when you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of each billing period.
Yes, all invoices include applicable taxes based on your location. We automatically calculate VAT, GST, and other regional taxes. You can update your tax ID in billing settings for proper invoice formatting.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate anytime before then without losing any data.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, contact support for a full refund. After 30 days, we provide prorated refunds for annual plans if you cancel.
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, allowing you to export or reactivate. After 30 days, data is scheduled for deletion. You can request immediate deletion or extended retention by contacting support.
Extremely secure. We never store credit card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. We never sell or share your personal information. Go to Settings → Team → Invite Members. Each plan includes a specific number of seats. You can purchase additional seats as needed. Team members can have different permission levels.
The organization owner is responsible for billing. You can designate billing admins who can view invoices and update payment methods. All team usage counts toward organization limits.
Removed members immediately lose access. Their data is transferred to the organization owner. If you're near your seat limit, the freed seat becomes available for a new member immediately.
